A semi-dry sparkling wine, produced by method Charmat. Hand harvested, gentle pressing followed by cold, slow fermentation of the free-run juice and a second fermentation in stainless steel tanks. The wine has a golden straw color, a fresh and pleasant aroma of honey and summer fruits such as peaches and plums. Light body, delicate sweetness and a pleasant and long finish.
Consistency is the value that has allowed us to make a difference throughout 100 years of an intense journey. Our passion has enabled us to be more detail-oriented every day. We seek the quality of our products, made with native varieties that allow us to express the uniqueness of each region. Currently, this search has led us to search for projects beyond Penedes, and create wines and cavas with a unique character, full of nuances and easily enjoyable.
